【Features】

We perform from plastic working (heading) to plating of lead pins used for pin-grid-array (PGA) connections, which are mainly used for MPUs of computers. Using self-manufactured heading machines, we manufacture connecting lead pins in a variety of head shapes according to customers’ requests by ensuring the uniform plating thickness of the pins to improve the electrical connection of the material.
